Attire

Get ready to kick up your boots and embrace the Western spirit! We encourage festive Western attire—think cowboy boots, jeans, dresses with a country flair, or a stylish blend of gala and Western charm. Have fun with it! (The reception will be on the lawn & dinner and dancing inside the Grand Pacific Ballroom.)

Directions/Parking

  • Interstate 5 (North) to Canon Road exit, go right.
  • Right on Grand Pacific Drive.
  • Follow Grand Pacific Drive PAST the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort (which is the first resort), next will be the Westin Carlsbad Resort and Spa.
  • Look for the self-parking (marked P on the map) on the right, beyond a gated entry, or opt for valet parking which will be set-up in front of the Westin lobby entrance (#16 on the map). No need to go through the lobby – just drop off your car and following the path to the right.
  • Enter the Conference Center (just past #18 on the map – and just past the entrance to the 20|Twenty Restaurant).
  • Follow signage to registration tables located near the Grand Pacific Ballroom.

 

Reception Activities

Cocktail Reception

  • · Hosted cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks will be available from 5:30 – 7:00PM.

    • Note: wine will be served during dinner. And no-host bar will be available from 7:00 – 10:30PM.

Wall of Wine

  • $50 for one pull, $100 for two, or $120 for the very popular three pulls (and includes a vino carry bag).
  • Several bottles valued at over $100!

Opportunity Drawing

  • · Tickets – 20 tickets for $40 (sellers will be walking around with tickets, or you can purchase them at the raffle table).

Kendra Scott – Gives Back to Angels

  • We are excited that two representatives from Kendra Scott will be with us during the cocktail reception – they will be selling beautiful jewelry just in time for special occasions coming up.
  • For any items purchased that evening, Kendra Scott will give 20% back to Angels.
  • Please stop by their table and pick up a little something for someone special.

Strike a Pose at our Photo Booth

  • Our photo booth, brought to you by Jerry's Photo Booth, will be open from 5:30 – 7:00PM. Please stop by, strike a pose, and take a commemorative picture home with you.

  • Put on your dancing boots and get ready to dance the night away to music provided by The Mighty Untouchables – A little bit country, a little bit Rock-N-Roll.

End of the Evening Check-Out

  • Check-out will start approximately 20 minutes after the program has concluded (same area as check-in).
